The ideal path is for the Owner/CEO of the business to go through the program first, or in conjunction with 1-3 other key leaders. (Smaller Mastermind Groups/Pods are formed to keep leaders in like-roles together.) How long does the C.O.A.C.H. System take from beginning to end?

The C.O.A.C.H. Signature Program is a 1-year engagement: Four quarterly workshops, plus training, coaching, and mastermind sessions in between.

YES! We recommend EOS, in terms of business execution basics, but whatever you’re using is fine. C.O.A.C.H. is about elevating your key people—increasing confidence, competence, capacity, consistency.

Is the C.O.A.C.H. System a good fit for solo entrepreneurs?

The C.O.A.C.H. System was designed for people directly leading others. However, those “others” can take a variety of forms—employees, contractors, volunteers, networks, associations, etc.
